  • Non-Delivery: If tracking information indicates that your order was not delivered, and you have not received it, we will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please provide clear photos or videos of the item, and we will arrange for a refund or resend.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order is incorrect or missing items, please notify us with relevant details, and we will address the issue promptly.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds or resends will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The product matches the description but does not meet personal preferences.
  • The order was placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • The customer ordered the wrong item or variant.
  • The product has been used or is not in its original condition.

Return Process

If a return is necessary, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

  4. Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that international return shipping can be costly and time-consuming. In many cases, we may offer alternative solutions such as partial refunds or resends without requiring a return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@himessentials.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
